Arzana is a town and comune located in the Province of Ogliastra within the autonomous island region of Sardinia, Italy. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 10 kilometres west of Tortolì.
The municipality has a population of 2,199 inhabitants. As an administrative division of Sardinia, it serves as a local community within the Ogliastra province.
