Manduria is a city and comune located in the Apulia region of southern Italy. It is situated within the province of Taranto, positioned approximately 35 kilometres (22 miles) to the east of the city of Taranto.
As of 2013, the municipality had a population of approximately 32,000 inhabitants. The area serves as a primary administrative and residential center within its province.
