Cisternino is a comune located in the province of Brindisi in the Apulia region of south-eastern Italy. It is situated on the coast, approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) north-west of the city of Brindisi.
The town is recognized as one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia. Its primary economic activities include tourism, dairy farming, and the cultivation of olives and grapes.
