Cannole is a town and comune located in the Italian province of Lecce within the Apulia region of south-east Italy. Geographically, it is situated in an area often described as the "tip" of the "heel" of the Italian peninsula.
The municipality is positioned approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) south-east of the provincial capital, Lecce.
