Vignolo is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Cuneo within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres (50 mi) south of Turin and about 7 kilometres (4 mi) southwest of the city of Cuneo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 8.1 square kilometres (3.1 mi2) with a recorded population of 2,112 residents.
