Vignale Monferrato is a comune (municipality) located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Alessandria, positioned approximately 60 kilometres east of Turin and about 20 kilometres northwest of Alessandria.
The municipality shares borders with several neighboring areas, including Altavilla Monferrato, Camagna Monferrato, Casorzo, Frassinello Monferrato, Fubine, Lu e Cuccaro Monferrato, and Olivola.
