Vespolate is a comune, or municipality, located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Novara, positioned approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) southeast of the city of Novara and about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Turin.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 17.8 square kilometres (6.9 mi2) with a recorded population of 2,054 residents.
