Vesime is a comune, or municipality, located in the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated within the Province of Asti, positioned approximately 60 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 30 kilometres south of Asti.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 13.5 square kilometres and had a population of 683 residents.
