Varzo is a comune located in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated on the border with Switzerland, approximately 130 kilometres northeast of Turin and about 35 kilometres northwest of Verbania.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 94.4 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 2,209 residents.
