Valle San Nicolao is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Biella within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres northeast of Turin and about 6 kilometres northeast of the city of Biella.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 14.9 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 1,136 residents.
