Valenza is a comune located in the Province of Alessandria within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres east of Turin and about 11 kilometres north of Alessandria.
The municipality is positioned in the extreme offshoots of Montferrat, near the border with the Lombardy region.
