Terruggia is a comune located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Alessandria, positioned approximately 60 kilometres east of Turin and about 25 kilometres northwest of Alessandria.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 7.2 square kilometres and had a population of 825 residents.
