San Sebastiano Curone is a comune located in the Province of Alessandria within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 110 kilometres (68 mi) southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southeast of Alessandria.
The municipality is geographically positioned at the confluence of the Curone and Museglia streams.
