San Nazzaro Sesia is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Novara within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is located approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) northeast of the city of Turin and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) west of Novara.
The town serves as a local administrative center within its province, positioned in the geographical area between these two major Italian urban hubs.
