San Cristoforo is a comune located in the Province of Alessandria within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres southeast of Alessandria and about 90 kilometres southeast of Turin.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 3.6 square kilometres and had a population of 595 residents.
