Sambuco is a comune located in the Province of Cuneo within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 100 kilometres southwest of Turin and about 40 kilometres west of Cuneo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 46.8 square kilometres and had a population of 92 residents.
