Salbertrand is a comune, or municipality, located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Turin, approximately 60 kilometers (37 miles) west of the city of Turin.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 40.9 square kilometers (15.8 square miles) and had a population of 522 residents. The town is served by a railway station located on the Turin-Modane railway line.
