Ruffia is a comune, or municipality, located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Cuneo, positioned approximately 40 kilometres south of Turin and 35 kilometres north of Cuneo.
As of January 1, 2017, the municipality covered an area of 7.51 square kilometres and had a population of 366 residents.
