Romagnano Sesia is a town and comune (municipality) in Italy with a population of approximately 4,000 inhabitants. It is located within the Province of Novara in the Piedmont region.
The municipality is situated about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Turin and roughly 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest of Novara.
