Premeno is a comune located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, positioned approximately 130 kilometres northeast of Turin and about 15 kilometres northeast of Verbania.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 7.4 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 776 residents.
