Prarolo is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Vercelli within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres northeast of Turin and about 6 kilometres southeast of the city of Vercelli.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 11.5 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 616 residents.
