Ponzone is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Alessandria within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres southwest of Alessandria.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had a population of 1,217 residents. The total area of Ponzone encompasses 69.3 square kilometres.
