Pietraporzio is a comune located in the Province of Cuneo within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated in the Valle Stura area, positioned approximately 100 kilometres southwest of Turin and about 40 kilometres west of Cuneo.
The municipality lies on the border with France. It serves as a rural settlement characteristic of the alpine geography found in this portion of northern Italy.
