Piedimulera is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Piedmont. It is located within the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, positioned approximately 110 kilometres northeast of Turin and about 25 kilometres northwest of Verbania.
The village is geographically defined by its location on the left bank of the river Anza. It sits at the base of a mountain known as Mulera.
