Pallanzeno is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Piedmont. It is located within the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola.
The town is positioned approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) northeast of Turin and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest of Verbania.
