Paesana is a comune located in the Province of Cuneo within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres southwest of Turin and about 40 kilometres northwest of Cuneo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 58.1 square kilometres and had a population of 3,027 residents.
