Orio Canavese is a comune, or municipality, located in the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Turin, approximately 30 km (19 mi) northeast of the city of Turin.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 7.1 km² (2.7 sq mi) and had a population of 799 residents.
