Niella Belbo is a comune located in the Province of Cuneo within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 45 kilometres northeast of Cuneo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 11.5 square kilometres and had a population of 424 residents.
