Murisengo Monferrato is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is located within the Province of Alessandria.
The town is positioned approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Alessandria.
