Moriondo Torinese is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Piedmont. It is located within the Metropolitan City of Turin and is positioned approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of the city of Turin.
The town serves as a local administrative center within its metropolitan area. As a municipality in northern Italy, it is defined by its geographic proximity to the regional capital.
