Mongardino is a comune located in the Province of Asti within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 45 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 6 kilometres south of the city of Asti.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 6.7 square kilometres and had a population of 989 residents.
