Livorno Ferraris is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Vercelli within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is located in the northwestern part of the country.
The town is positioned approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) northeast of Turin and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) west of Vercelli.
