Lesegno is a comune located in the Province of Cuneo within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 35 kilometres east of Cuneo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 14.4 square kilometres and had a population of 868 residents.
