Guazzora is a comune, or municipality, located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Alessandria, positioned approximately 90 kilometres east of Turin and about 20 kilometres northeast of the city of Alessandria.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 2.9 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 311 residents.
