Gorzegno is a comune located in the Province of Cuneo within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 50 kilometres northeast of Cuneo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 13.8 square kilometres and had a population of 362 residents.
