Giarole is a comune, or municipality, located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Alessandria, positioned approximately 70 kilometres east of Turin and about 15 kilometres north of Alessandria.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 5.2 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 693 residents.
