Frassineto Po is a comune located in the Province of Alessandria within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres east of Turin and about 25 kilometres north of Alessandria.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 29.2 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 1,462 residents.
