Cortiglione is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Asti within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) southeast of Turin and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southeast of the city of Asti.
The town serves as a local administrative center within the Piedmontese landscape, positioned in the geographical vicinity between these two major regional hubs.
