Cortanze is a comune located in the Province of Asti within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres east of Turin and about 15 kilometres northwest of Asti.
As of January 31, 2024, the municipality covers an area of 4.5 square kilometres and has a population of 258 residents.
