Chivasso is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Turin within the Piedmont region of Italy. Situated approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Turin, the municipality has a population of about 27,000 residents.
The town is geographically positioned on the left bank of the Po river, near the point where the Orco river flows into it.
