Cesara is a comune located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, positioned approximately 100 kilometres northeast of Turin and about 15 kilometres southwest of Verbania.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 11.3 square kilometres and had a population of 617 residents.
