Cellio is a frazione located within the municipality of Cellio con Breia in the Province of Vercelli. It is situated in the Piedmont region of northern Italy.
The locality is positioned approximately 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Turin and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) north of Vercelli.
