Castelnuovo Nigra is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is located within the Metropolitan City of Turin, positioned approximately 40 kilometres (25 miles) north of the city of Turin.
The municipality is geographically and administratively composed of two distinct villages: Sale Castelnuovo and Villa Castelnuovo.
