Cassinasco is a comune located in the Province of Asti within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 25 kilometres southeast of the city of Asti.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 11.7 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 639 residents.
