Casasco is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is located within the Province of Alessandria.
The town is positioned approximately 110 kilometres (68 mi) east of Turin and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southeast of the city of Alessandria.
