Casanova Elvo is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Piedmont. It is located within the Province of Vercelli.
The town is positioned approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) northeast of Turin and about 13 kilometres (8 mi) northwest of Vercelli.
