Carrosio is a comune located in the Province of Alessandria within the Piedmont region of Italy. It is situated approximately 156 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 45 kilometres southeast of Alessandria.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 7.2 square kilometres and had a population of 468 residents.
