Borgoratto Alessandrino is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Alessandria within the Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is situated along the Bormida river.
The town is positioned approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) southwest of the city of Alessandria and about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Turin.
