Vastogirardi is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Isernia within the Molise region of Italy. It is situated approximately 40 kilometres northwest of Campobasso and about 20 kilometres north of Isernia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 60.9 square kilometres and had a population of 789 residents.
