Sesto Campano is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Molise. It is located within the Province of Isernia.
The town is positioned approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) southwest of Campobasso and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Isernia.
